We are located  near to Sheffield 4.4 miles from the M1 J30 and 4.8 miles from M1 J31.

Coming from the South:

Leave the M1 Junction 30 and follow the A6135 towards Sheffield for 3.3 miles. At the first set of traffic lights, take the right hand lane (Rotherham Road) towards Killamarsh. At the second roundabout take the third exit towards Killamarsh. Holbrook Industrial estate and Old Lane is then second right, and Rooker-Bates can be seen at the end of Old Lane.

Coming from the North.

Leave the M1 Junction 31 and follow the A57 towards Sheffield for approximately 1 mile. At the first roundabout turn left towards Wales and Killamarsh (A618). At the next roundabout turn right and proceed through Killamarsh village (towards Mosborough). Once through Killamarsh, Holbrook Industrial Estate and Old Lane is on the left hand side immediately after two petrol stations.  Rooker-Bates can be seen at the end of Old Lane.
